The consultation manager here is awful. They said you need to book more than a month in advance, and from the phone call onward it was irritating. There is only one manager. They act like they know everything, as if they were the doctor. Even the director didn't seem very confident about the effect of the surgery. So when I said I wasn't going to do it, they immediately told me to pay the 10,000 won consultation fee.
