I had my mother do it, and it turned out well. The staff and the director were generally kind, and the hospital facilities were clean too. But the recovery room was too small, and there was not really a proper place for a guardian to sit. Still, I think the surgery went well at a not-so-expensive price. (just to fill the character count)
