I had nose surgery 6 years ago. I didn’t want it to look obvious, and in the end I think it was a good choice. The tip of my nose was broad and I had no columella. After slightly lengthening the columella and refining the tip shape, it looks natural and pretty. Of course I can’t do the pig-nose thing, but other than that it doesn’t look obvious.
