The explanations were kind and detailed, and the doctor had a trustworthy, doctor-like presence. Even when I asked about parts I didn't understand, they explained things in an easy-to-understand way, told me the facts, and left the choice to the patient. After taking photos with a pad, they showed me a rough after-simulation, which made it easy to understand.
