I had the existing silicone removed and only the tip of my nose done. It’s only been 3 weeks, so I can’t know the exact shape yet, but aside from the shape, everything else has improved a lot, and the director and staff were all kind, so I’m very, very satisfied! The swelling still hasn’t fully gone down, but if the nasal tip becomes just a little slimmer than it is now, I think I’ll be happy with the shape too!! :)
