I liked that the doctor consulted while looking at the harmony of the whole face. Rather than listening to what the patient wants, it felt like they were explaining in detail what kind of surgery this is. The doctor was cheerful and kind, but the consultation manager was really rude. Maybe because I look young, I could feel that the manager was answering half-heartedly. When I asked about aftercare and AS, they just said they would take care of it themselves and there was no mention at all of surgery reservation. I’ve had a lot of consultations at plastic surgery clinics, but this was the first time I had met a manager this rude.
