I consulted about double eyelid surgery. The doctor explained the surgery method one by one and designed the line for me, and was extremely kind. But the consultation manager is unfriendly. Whatever I ask, she answers half-heartedly.. saying they'll take care of everything for me, so I don't know if this is even a consultation. The doctor is kind.
