I had revision nose surgery and a back canthoplasty here about 5 years ago. First of all, the nose needs another revision surgery, and the under-eye back canthoplasty turned out naturally and well.. The nose was a revision surgery, and I did it cheaply, but the first nose surgery was a total disaster. The revision was fine while the swelling was there, but after the swelling went down, I ended up with a pinched nose and 11-shaped nostrils.. I asked for the under-eye back canthoplasty to be done naturally (because I was worried it would become D-shaped), and it really turned out naturally without any scars or anything, but if I was going to do it anyway, I regret not having it opened more, because it reattached over time.. It didn't reattach completely, but compared with before surgery, the outer corner of the eye definitely dropped and the back opened a bit too. The doctor’s consultation was good and kind.. I recommend getting the under-eye back canthoplasty done here, but I do not recommend the nose.
