I consulted about revision surgery and had the surgery right away, and even though I did not explain myself very well, they caught what I meant and handled it well. The line I wanted came out almost exactly as I wanted during the consultation, and among the many clinics I visited, this was the only one that did not push canthoplasty(?). But the person guiding me had a bit of a condescending feeling, so that part was not great. During consultation, I did not feel rushed, and they explained things well. I am satisfied with the surgery itself.
