I went for a consultation about facial fat grafting. I do not have a reservation yet, but the manager was so enthusiastic during the consultation that it left a good impression on me. The way to the hospital was a bit difficult, though.. partly because I am bad with directions.. and because it was tucked away inside a building.. I had a bit of sensitivity about having to find it, but the hospital staff were kind, so I got over it quickly. When I was consulting with the director, it felt a little like meeting a scary teacher? There was some of that, but there was also something I did not understand, and they explained it while making facial expressions, which I liked. The manager also said to think it over carefully and contact them again, so there was no pressure, which made the whole consultation feel good
