The director is a bit scary. I was too scared to ask much, but they told me not to try to do too many things and to just do a reasonable amount, and to accept the rest and live with it (<- that's why my expectations were rated low). Very no-nonsense lol I think that's a good thing too. The staff were generally very kind. Being forced to reserve would feel burdensome, but there was none of that, and I also liked that they told me to research a lot and contact them later.
