It's been one month since my lifting, and my cheekbones are still shooting up to the sky. My left cheek seems sunken, maybe from a dimple effect, and there seems to be a thread-like thing inside my right cheek. Below my right eye and near the cheekbone, there seems to be a thread or something, but I'm not sure, and there's a tiny red bump. The front cheek area also looks a bit flushed, and it seems like there's pigmentation too.
