First of all, the doctor didn't even spend 1 minute on the consultation, and for everyone they recommend silicone plus repositioning the cartilage at the tip of the nose, with an extra alpha on top of that. I thought they were telling me the nose surgery method that suited me, but it felt like I had to do exactly what they said. The consultation manager was kind, but the doctor didn't even seem to care about the nose shape I wanted, and I felt like if I didn't do it the way they wanted, they wouldn't do it.
