The doctor emphasized very strongly that everything must be safe and that there must be no side effects. Even when I explained what I wanted, he said flatly that it could not be done, without explaining why. He did not force unnecessary things and only recommended the minimum needed surgery. When I stubbornly insisted that I wanted it done this way, he told me to go somewhere else for surgery. The doctor had a very firm style of his own. From the start, I felt he was not very friendly.
