I had nose surgery. I liked that the director did not over-treat, but I wanted a high nose for cosmetic reasons and he told me not to do that at all, saying to only add the bridge. So I just had silicone inserted into the bridge and only had cartilage binding done. The difference is so small that no one could tell I had surgery, so I am thinking about revision surgery.
