Review

I went for a consultation because I heard they were good at surgery, for a revision incision double-eyelid surgery. But the doctor said I could only consult if I put down a deposit... The person consulting me was a staff member? manager? even though the doctor is the one who does the eye surgery. The staff member was not particularly kind but not particularly unkind either..
