I really agree with what others said that this system of having to put down a deposit just to get a consultation with the director needs to be changed. The consultation manager is not a medical professional who studied medicine. (Sorry if I’m wrong.. lol) But the fact that you have to trust such a person and then decide on surgery is really... This is the first place I’ve seen among many hospitals where you have to leave a deposit just to consult with the director, so I was taken aback.
