When you book surgery, you can make a reservation after consulting with the manager and putting down a deposit. I wanted to talk with the doctor who performed my surgery after coming in because I wasn’t happy with the result, but the manager kept trying to make the decision after talking instead. Even when I wanted an as result because I didn’t like my eyes, the manager completely blocked it, so it’s inconvenient to visit and frustrating.
