I went twice for consultations, including a re-consultation, and they said they would do local anesthesia. I consulted with Dr. ㅈ, and I can't really say whether they were kind or not, but they did answer my questions. There were many staff members inside, not just one person, so I couldn't ask comfortably and it was a bit awkward. The consultation director was not pushy and was kind.
