While looking into removing the front-cheek fat graft that had gone wrong and had even caused overgrafting + calcification symptoms, I visited because B.I.O. was said to be famous for foreign body removal. The staff didn’t feel rude, and the director was extremely honest. First of all, he said he couldn’t remove the calcified part. As for removing the over-grafted part, he said the front cheek would disappear and my face would become very flat, so it would be better not to remove it. Even though I kept saying I still wanted it removed, he wouldn’t do the surgery and gave a passionate lecture for almost 10 minutes about why. I had the surgery at another hospital and it went well! I appreciated that he honestly said he couldn’t do it and explained the reasons in such detail.
