I got a consultation from Director Hong a few years ago, and unusually, they didn't recommend double-eyelid surgery here. Every place I visited for consultations recommended double-eyelid surgery, but here they were very thorough, saying that if I didn't relax the tension in my eyes before doing it, I might not get the line I wanted or I could end up needing a revision surgery. They also told me how to exercise my eyes if I wanted to get double-eyelid surgery. The tone and consultation were not warm, but they were not extremely rude either!
