The tone was not kind, but the range of what was possible and impossible, and the range between awkward and natural-looking surgery, were explained very clearly. Thanks to that, I did not get too greedy, and for the first 1 to 2 years I thought, ah, I should have been more ambitious and put in silicone too and made the nose tip more dramatic It is not that great, it is just so-so, and I felt regretful (there is an old review of that clinic from back then). Now it has been about 5 years? 4 years? and I am much more satisfied than at first lol. My friend who had hers done somewhere else got inflammation in her silicone nose and had it removed this year.. I hit my nose badly before, but now it is fine. I had even forgotten about the facial improvement, but when I look at old photos, I am surprised. My only complaint is that scar tissue rose inside the nose, but I do not want to cut the nose again, so I am just leaving it. Still, it is true that it became naturally pretty.
