The director is very blunt... I had surgery to lower the line only on one side from sausage-eye shape, and the line did get lowered well. In the end it did loosen, but even back then there were signs it might loosen, so I asked about it, and I got embarrassed by the director's reaction and, being a coward, I just said yes.. and left.. Even for surgery on just one eye, it was more expensive than the price for the first surgery on both eyes... Still, looking at the photos of the cases they operated on, it does not seem like they are without skill...
