The doctor did not explain much during the consultation, so I mostly asked my own questions. The doctor firmly said that the line I wanted was absolutely impossible, so I ended up getting surgery at another hospital and had it done the way I wanted. It went beyond being blunt to the point that even while consulting like that, I wondered if there was really a consultation fee...
