You are an omnipotent god lolololol Surgery is not 100% successful, and sometimes side effects happen or the result ends up in a shape you do not like, which is normal in plastic surgery, but the director here seems to have the mindset that nothing can fail once it passes through his hands. That made me doubt him even more T_T He is very annoyed during consultations.
