I looked into this hospital because of functional nose surgery. The consultation with the manager was quite detailed and good. Dealing with insurance for reimbursement is so cumbersome T_T Unlike other places, they charge 100,000 won for the tests here, but it's refundable if you do not have surgery, so I paid 100,000 won and left T_T But it would have been really nice if they had told me this during the phone consultation in advance; I was shocked that they didn't mention it... The director's consultation was 10 minutes, and the rest was a longer consultation with the manager, who explained the insurance reimbursement process in detail, which was good.
