I had already made an appointment, but I still had to wait an extremely long time, so that was annoying~ The line the consultation manager drew for me also wasn't to my liking at all, and they weren't kind either, so I just felt meh, and I didn't want to book surgery at all~~ I did meet the director too, but it was similar to the manager
