I consulted at two hospitals, then because they said they would do it flashy and dramatic, I hastily booked here and had the surgery. I wasted a ton of money. When I asked to see before-and-after photos after the surgery, I said I couldn’t tell what had changed, and they said the photo files had disappeared from the hard drive. Is that even possible? After I complained, they said they would do a revision, so I consulted again, and they told me to get it from Doctor Baesunggyu, so when I said no, another doctor consulted me, but that doctor said there wouldn’t be much difference even if it was done again, and I thought, do I really need to go through another month of suffering for surgery from someone who says that? So I asked for a refund, but they said no. I said I should at least get half back, and they said they couldn’t give it. Just thinking about New Line makes me furious.^^ After that I looked into nose and eye surgery and went to consult while avoiding New Line completely. If you run a clinic with a doctor like that, I think the clinic should at least handle complaints properly too. A few months later, I saw that Doctor Baesunggyu had gone to DH or something. Sigh.. they never should have confidently said they could make it dramatic in the first place. Doctor Baesunggyu, Ugh, my hundred million won,.^^;;
