It was my first time having plastic surgery, so I went in to research and consult. The manager explained things very well, carefully and in detail, but there was no consultation with the doctor.. Since I didn’t get to talk with the doctor, I couldn’t feel confident in my decision, so I’m still thinking about it carefully.
