I made a reservation because I wanted a consultation with the director, but even though I had a booked time, I still had to wait quite a while. Only a manager consultation was done, and I was told I would have to set a surgery date before I could consult with the director. Even during the manager consultation, instead of actually drawing the line on my face, they only explained it verbally.
