A plastic surgery clinic I visited for the second time last year. For both contouring and the nose, they recommended a natural line rather than an artificial one. It did not seem like they only recommended that to me; it felt like the hospital's overall philosophy was toward naturalness. The doctor explained things in detail, but I remember the manager felt a little overwhelming.
