The exterior was flashy in a way that seemed like something Chinese customers would like, and that already felt a bit off, but when I went in, there were really a lot of Chinese patients coming for surgery. The consultation was fine, and the manager was kind, but since they quoted a pretty ridiculous price at first, you need to know the local prices to bargain. Since so many Chinese patients go there, I do think they must be good.
