I went to consult about rhinoplasty, but they said I probably did not need to do it and told me to think more about it and come back, so I got the feeling that this was an honest place. Still, since I said I wanted the bridge, they let me try a silicone implant on the bridge and showed me what it would look like, then told me to think it over and come back.
