I had a consultation, and they didn't pressure me into surgery, and there was no consultation fee. The consultation was also long. The atmosphere was comfortable, and they said that after surgery I could get free Shrink and various kinds of care. I didn't have the surgery, so I can't judge their skill or anything else.
