Long consultation + kind. And there was a strong sense of pride in the doctor and the hospital. They said they didn't do any advertising at all, and the manager said she was upset because there were so many hate comments in the cafe. (At the same time, they said not to believe what was said in the cafe. But if you look around the cafe properly, it's not just simple slander.) There was pressure to leave a deposit, and I was even recommended double jaw surgery when I never expected it. There was overdiagnosis.
