I went for a contouring consultation, and they also recommended double-jaw surgery, saying it could improve other parts too if I got it. But personally, I had never planned to get double-jaw surgery unless I had a really severe malocclusion, so I left a little disappointed by that recommendation. I also often see posts about side effects, so I gave up on it.
