I had a revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage about a year ago. They quoted an absurd price and said this was already discounted for cash payment. They also said the discount would only be given if I brought actual cash, not a bank transfer. Why would they want cash? I developed inflammation and had to go to the hospital every day for more than 10 days to get IV fluids. I paid separately for that too. And my columella became severely bent. If I look from below with my head up, it is truly a sight to behold.
