This is a nose revision surgery. The parts I most wanted corrected were nostril reduction and a slimmer front view, plus raising the tip, and the director said he would take care of it well on his own, so I trusted him and left it to him. But my nostrils stayed the same and the front view became puffy.. I really hate nose shading and was stressed out because I had revision surgery for that, but now I have to shade it again.. On the plus side, I got a natural result.. I said I did not want a natural-looking nose, but it ended up natural anyway, so people around me cannot really tell whether I had surgery or not. The hospital atmosphere and the surgery staff were very kind.
