If you have the information and the budget, I heard from an acquaintance that in Gangnam, for noses, Mijak is the one to go to, so honestly I didn’t shop around and only went to Mijak for consultation on revision rhinoplasty. Normally, when something feels right, I like to go ahead with it, and seeing the nose of the friend who introduced me to this hospital just made me trust it. The hospital is not clean or flashy, just feels like a neighborhood clinic, and communication with the manager or the word kindness... has little to do with Mijak. (I gave the staff kindness rating high because the nurses took very good care of me!) What matters is the surgeon’s skill... The surgeon’s consultation wasn’t very friendly either, a typical man from Gyeongsang-do(?)... But I’m fine with a blunt style like the surgeon’s, so it didn’t matter. He confidently gave a short, clear solution for my nose, and his impression and words just made me trust him, so I made a reservation. I used autologous costal cartilage, and silicone for the bridge of the nose. I scraped together every last bit of money in my bank account and went. I’m writing this consultation review now, two weeks after the surgery. Right now, I like the shape of my recovering nose (good), the hospital’s aftercare (good), and the nurses’ care (goood), but because it is still a little swollen and for other reasons, I’ll write the surgery review later, once the nose has settled properly without any inflammation.
