I went for a consultation for secondary canthoplasty after inner corner revision, and they said I should do lower blepharoplasty too, so I did both. When I was shopping around again because a scar was left behind, most clinics said they had to cut it and redo it because of a dog ear, but ointment solved it. The lower blepharoplasty went very well on one side..... but the other side The inner corner surgery did not improve much, so I went to another clinic and opened it more.
