I had it done by a different doctor, not the head director. It was about 7 years ago, and I think he isn't there anymore. The scar from the inner corner surgery is left looking like stitch marks, which makes me sad.. If I had gone to the head director instead, I think I would at least regret it a little less. I didn't know much, so I'm disappointed I just went ahead with it. (I also don't remember the amount, so this is only an approximate price..)
