I went alone, and both the director and the head manager were not really kind. The head manager kept emphasizing that I had to do a surgery I didn't want, saying it was something I didn't know about, which made me uncomfortable... It was my first consultation, but they didn't even draw out a line for me, so I had a hard time with the consultation. I won't have surgery here, but everyone I know around me who had it done there turned out well.
