I had a consultation for medial canthoplasty revision with Director Lee Du-yang. He was extremely thorough and explained things in a calm, clear way, so it was easy to understand. He said the exposed inner eye corner that worries me and the hooked shape would improve. He also said a pointed inner corner, not a round one, would be possible. I will visit a few more places before deciding, but based on the result alone, this seems like a place that does the kind of surgery I want, so I started to trust it.
