I had inner corner reconstruction and upper canthoplasty. If I were to have reconstruction, they blocked the front part nicely with the kind of double-fold feel I wanted, and my eyes do not seem like they got much smaller either. After the upper canthoplasty, the scar is not very visible, so I am satisfied in many ways. The symmetry between both eyes is good too, with no uneven, mismatched feeling.
