I had consultations for secondary canthoplasty and nose surgery and even left a deposit, but I thought this wasn't really a hospital specialized in nose surgery. There weren't many reviews either, so I canceled. The consultation coordinator and the director were both kind and very nice, but when I tried calling to set the surgery schedule, I had to call more than five times before I could finally get through... the phone connection is not good.
