The writer is male. I only had epicanthoplasty and outer canthoplasty. Maybe because I did not have double eyelid surgery, no one around me can tell I had surgery. For five years, not a single person has mentioned that my eyes seem different. The only thing that happened at the time of surgery was that my mother asked if I had fought with someone because she saw the wound on my eye. The widening was so natural that only I know it was done. It is not flashy. I wanted something that would not look like surgery, so I am not sure whether it was a success. Maybe to make it noticeable I would have needed double eyelid surgery or eye correction as well. At least one thing that must be guaranteed is naturalness. Even I had forgotten that I had surgery.. I am thinking about whether to have double eyelid surgery here or somewhere else.
