I also felt like this was the kind of director who doesn't recommend anything excessive and tells you how to make things natural. He explained how much silicone my nose would need and what shape would suit me well. It was the first clinic I consulted after deciding on nose surgery, and even though I ended up having it done elsewhere, it helped me get a good sense of direction.
