Please make it natural and not too much, and distinguish clearly between what does and does not work. If I contact them years later because I'm worried about inflammation, they handle it well. If I can visit, the doctor sees me in person, and if I can't, they still check directly through photos and carefully tell me how to get a prescription and monitor the progress.
