They took very good care of me after the surgery. They are not the type to try to add on unnecessary things just to make more money; they only do what is needed. However, the communication style between the director and the consultation manager seemed to need improvement. At first I consulted with the director, and then I had another consultation with the manager. The manager repeated to me what I had told the director, adding explanations, but in the end he reached the same conclusion as the director while explaining it in a completely different way. I got confused about whose explanation was correct. I thought it would be more efficient if the manager continued the consultation after hearing what the patient and the director had discussed.
