I have been getting the Double Gold treatment regularly because it is cheap. The effect is definitely there and it is good, but the longevity is lacking. The pain is low, and the skill and effect are good. However, it is so cramped, small, and crowded that it is a bit uncomfortable. It feels exactly like a factory-type place, and the facilities are kind of ambiguous
